Tell us about your main role/responsibility.
From the creation of test designs to QA engineering, I also act as a bridge between clients in Japan and the development base in Ukraine.
Tell us about what you consider important and concerns you other than your job.
It is important to maintain a reasonable work and life balance.
The other thing that concerns be is the working time difference between Japan and Ukraine. In Ukraine, the latest time you should get to work is around 10:30 to 11:00am.
This might not be related to work but.. the train gets super crowded during peak hours. Every morning, I usually have to pay extra attention to timing to avoid the crowd (laugh).

Are there any other struggles you are facing aside from work in Japan? How did you manage to deal with it?
It was hard to rent apartment being a foreigner, but after some time we have managed to do it.

I miss my family a lot, but the solution is to go back home to visit them whenever you can.
