How old were you when you developed an interest in Japan?
Between 10 to 15 years old.

The biggest reason was Japanese anime and games.

When I was 27.
Why do you want to work in Japan?
- The presence of Japanese companies in my country is on the rise.
- I wanted to apply the skills I acquired from my Japanese institution.

What was your criterion when choosing a company?
- Interest in the company
- A company where I can use the skills I acquired while studying in Japan.
- company where I can learn and further my career for the future.
When attempting to get a job in Japan, what was your biggest challenge?
- Inadequate amount of companies offering positions which make use of the skills and abilities of foreigners.
- It is difficult to apply from outside of Japan. Interviews denied if not currently located in Tokyo.

I mainly do program repair/improvement and project research.

It has a very relaxed work culture, as it is filled with young employees.

Tell us why working in Japan appeals to you.
The natural environment in Japan is pleasant, and the development of the social infrastructure is high. Japan is very safe, too.
Are there any other struggles you are facing aside from work in Japan? How did you manage to deal with it?
I still struggle with the unique culture of Japan, the Japanese way of thinking and implicit understanding of the Japanese.

It is not clear yet. For now, I think it is crucial to keep learning on.

Having an accommodation. From house-searching to registering residential applications, which were equally as hard.

In the land of Japan – a place where traveling is supremely comfortable, traveling has become a way of life in this society that it is quite necessary, though sometimes quite troublesome.
