I had an interest for Japan since I was 15. I really liked the manga culture.

- Inadequate amount of companies offering positions which make use of the skills and abilities of foreigners.

I am part of a team that is currently working on global market expansion through an EC site for a car and motorbike supplier called Croooober. More specifically speaking, I focus on international site promo, data analysis, site renewal, etc.

Whether there is progress in growth/self development in the work that you do.
What is the appealing factor/attractive feature of your current employment?
The best part of my job is that I get to learn from my seniors in a manageable pace- gradually I was given new tasks with new responsibilities and challenges.

Japan is a very liveable country.
Are there any other struggles you are facing aside from work in Japan? How did you manage to deal with it?
There is always a certain language barrier to some extent. I get by it by learning from the people around me, choosing my own way of communication.

My aim is to develop growth in the international business scale by 70 times (compared to 2016) by 2020.

I was recommended by a friend.

I usually read books or go out with my friends.
Are there any struggles that you are experiencing other than living in Japan? How are you dealing with this issue?
Living in Japan means less time spent with my family. I use WeChat to stay in touch with them, as much as possible everyday.
Any words of advice for those who would like to work in Japan?
There are too many things to enjoy about Japan. I’d like you to experience that while working in Japan!
